What Organization Would Be Interested in the Sarrukh Empire? [Archive] - Wizards Community

05-31-07, 04:59 PM Can anyone think of a non-evil organization that would be interested in sending someone to the Chultan Penninsula to study the ancient culture of the Sarrukh Empire? Preferably, I'd like an organization that is not Candlekeep. Let me know. Thanks.

05-31-07, 05:33 PM The Olin Gisr from lost empires. They are a secretive group of elven spellcasters who try to keep the lid on ancient evils and powers that threaten the world such as the skins of the golden serpent etc.

05-31-07, 05:58 PM I see what you're getting at. However, I think I should have been a little more specific. I'm putting together a character that is interested in the magic of the Sarrukh Empire; particularly serpent themed spells. I want him to be part of some organization who has sent him to the Chultan Jungles to complete his magical studies. So I'm not sure that the Olin Gisir fits that concept. Thank you, though.

I believe she worshipped Qotal, a resurrected form of a freagment of the world serpent who changed the good sarrukh he met into coautl. You may find some more info in that trilogy.

I think the House Extaminos is what you're talking about, and I think they're a little (or a lot) too evil for my character concept. However, in researching them, I came across the Emerald Enclave. In particular, Eldath's Circle sounds perfect for the concept I'm trying to go for. So thanks for leading me in the right direction.

Furthermore, you might get to meet famous people. Everyone needs to sit down and take a breather every now and then. I mean, who wouldn't want Jessica Alba (Or Tom Cruise, for some of you other people) sitting on them?

-Don't know exactly why, but he reminds me of Sememmon. From what I've seen of him, he seems to pull off that evil, confident megalomaniac pretty well.

Pass on Pitt though... he always looks like hes in need of a shave and a bath to me for some reason.
