Ok thinking of this but not sure afterwards

orb slinger

Halfling str 10 dex 16 int 14 wis 10 con 10 cha 10

1st specialist wiz (conj) meta magic school focus (conj)
2nd sp wiz
3rd sp wiz Empower spell

at 3rd level he would be abler to start empowering 1st level spells meta magic school focus is a available feat from complete mage and its a meta magic feat so it meets the prerequisits for empower spell, but where to go after this i dont know, im thinking straight sp wiz to get extra feats and use the meta school focus as much as possible

Instead of a specialist, go warmage.

Go Halfling Warmage with the following stats:

str 8
dex 16
con 14
int 12 (for skills, Arcana Spellcraft and Concentration)
wis 10
cha 15

Warmage edge is pretty inconsequential. I wouldn't bother investing too much in int.

First stat bump to Cha, rest to Cha or Dex.

Take Precise Shot at first level.

Problematic, since Precise Shot has Point Blank Shot as a prereq.

Without point blank and precise shot you're going to miss with a lot of your orbs and empowered orbs. And you are a wizard, so you can't throw as many as a sorcerer. (BTW, what were going to be your opposition schools?).

Personally, I think it would work better as sorcerer or warmage.

The reason I was shying away from sorcerer or warnmage was

1. adding meta magic feats makes spells a full round casting
2. either classes would require me to take another feat (spell focus) to meet pre requirements for meta magic school focus.

but i was seriously considering the warmage, but i already have a 10 level warmage bonded summoner so.......
