| Asaris02-14-07, 10:29 PM | So, I've got this Cleric of Pelor, NG, but I'm not sure where to take him. Here's his stats: S: 10 D: 10 C: 12 I: 12 W: 16 Ch: 14 His domains are Nobility and Purification. Yeah, yeah, I know. I'd make him a melee cleric, except he obviously doesn't have the stats for that. Right now, I'm thinking Cl 15, focusing on spellcasting and buffing, but I was wondering if anyone else had any ideas. |

| ranagrande02-15-07, 12:21 AM | I've never been a fan of pure cleric. All it does is make you better at turning undead, and that ability (in my opinion) isn't all that great anyway. You would probably get a lot more out of a full caster prestige class. If you can get access to Contemplative, Church Inquisitor, or Sacred Exorcist, any of those would be good choices. Otherwise, Divine Oracle or even Loremaster might be more beneficial than Cleric 15. |
| cycloptic_squirrel02-15-07, 03:49 AM | Come on, the pelorites have to have a few of their number who have 10 levels in cleric. Else who would make the turning phylacteries? Full cleric or graba prestige class, just don't give up those caster levels! |
