I have been wanting to use 4 lvls of dragon disciple in a build for a while and I have a kinda wacky concept going that I would love some feedback on. I was going to go Barbarian 1 and bard 4. Couple of the spells I wanted to pick where inspirational boost, swift invis, whirling blade, and maybe swift fly. I really like whirling blade from the SPC. Seems fun and useful since its lets me throw and power attack with a 2hander to hit guys at range.

Human

Str 16
Dex 12
Con 15
Int 8
Wis 8
Cha 14

1 Barb: Power Attack, Extra Rage
2 Bard
3 Bard: Reckless Rage
4 Bard: Pump str
5 Bard
6 Dragon Disciple: feat?
7 DD: +2 str
8 DD: Pump str
9 DD: +2 str, feat?
10?
11?
12? Pump con
13?
14?
15?

Not sure how to finish him up feats are open because I am not sure what to do now. I thought of maybe going just DD 10 but that doesnt seem very optimized. Had hexblade, pious templar, fighter, and exotic weapon master suggested to me too. EWP would be if I used a bastard sword to make use of uncanny blow. Which with an eventual 28 str when raging, with no other buffs or equipment, seems decent. Someone suggested maybe trying sculpt spell with whirling blade too. Open to any and all suggestions or comments plz help. :D

That build would lead very nicely in War Chanter. If you did want to go that way though, you might want to consider tweaking the stats slightly, as otherwise it would require a Headband of Intellect +6

I definitely think you should take Bard at first level. It's a loss of 3 hit points, but a gain of 8 skill points. It pushes back Extra Rage to 3 and Reckless to 6, but I think it's worth it. Also, I like the idea of finishing up Fighter 1/Spellsword 1/Eldritch Knight 4. Keep a full BAB but you pick up 4 caster levels. That lets you, at level 14, start sculpting a couple whirling blades if you want to, or just doing other third level bard spell goodness. Picking up War Chanter would be nice if it didn't require an INT of 14, which is too much MAD in my opinion, but hey if you get a Headband of Intellect +6 at 12th level why not right?

Well warchanter has also been suggested to me but I just don't dig it that much. I understand inspire recklessness is pretty strong but not what I really want to do. I forgot one important thing when coming up with this. You can't cast spells while raging. So I am thinking of going fighter instead of barbarian so I can cast spells when I need to. Swift invis seems like a cool way to "disappear" from the battle if only briefly when needed. The multiattack feat might be an interesting choice for claw, claw, bite. Even helps just going 2hander attack followed up with a bite. Anyone out there had any experience with dragon disciple that can offer there advice or opinions?

Need to be able to cast 3rd lvl arcane spells to go into Eldritch Knight. Now that I am thinking about going fighter instead of barb I will definately go bard at first lvl.

Rage Mage!

I looked it up its pretty weak and I can only cast during spell rage not normal rage. :(

Is there any way you can squeeze in one level of sublime chord somewhere towards the back and pick up Arcane Strike?

Bard 4/Fighter 1/Dragon Disciple 4/Spellsword 1/Bard 2/Sublime Chord 3

Your BAB drops to +11 at 15th, but if you pick up Arcane Strike at 12th You can go nuts with it at 13-15th, just remember to grab a Cloak of Charisma +6 before then.
