| berpo07-03-07, 03:07 PM | Hi all, I'll need your great knowlegde and wisdom to help me with this problem. If i take Shapeshift alternative class, I gain the shapeshift supernatural (SU) ability at will. The Warshaper presrtige class have 5 different ways to fullfil the requirement. 1: Change shape supernatural anility (ex: hound archon) 2: Shapechanger subtype (ex: phasm) 3: Polymorph as a spell-like ability (ex: solar) 4: Able to cast the polymorph spell 5: Wild shape or similar calss feature (bear warrior) Since it is specified that shapeshift is not wild shape anymore. I think that I will be able to take some levels of warshaper because the first criteria. "Change shape" and "shapeshift" is not the exact word but define the samething. I'm I wrong ? I friend of mine think so. I need your help on that case. Thanks, Marc |

| Arcane Guyver07-03-07, 08:29 PM | 5: Wild shape or similar class feature I believe 'Shapeshift' falls under this category. It replaces the ability to take on the form of any legal animal within HD limit for a slicker ability to take on a small number of forms at will. |

| Eric Anondson07-06-07, 12:32 AM | Are the alternate class rules from the PH II even legal? They are NONC. Get campaign documentation to Open them for you and then they are "legal". |
| Banor07-06-07, 12:34 AM | Are the alternate class rules from the PH II even legal ? I looked through the LGCS and didnt see where they were ? Then what does it mean ? Everybody in chorus, if its not in the LGCS you need campaign documentation opening for your PC (LGCS p26). Gotta read up a bit :) |
