And on the off chance the attack misses, the smite attempt isn't wasted. From 6th level onward you do 10 times your level in damage [(3x paladin level from smite + 2x level from power attack)x2 from diving charge] on a diving charging smite, assuming full power attack, but only against evil creatures until 9th level, then it's chaotic or evil, and then at 14th level it's all alignments. Belt of Giant Strength, Amulet of Health, and Cloak of Charisma are all high priority items. As best I can tell, the current point spread is the only one that makes the build work, as int is needed for skill points to get into grey guard, strength is needed for power attack, charisma improves smite, saves, and lay on hands...spellcasting is sacrificed, but with grey guard progression it would have been minimal anyway. |

But all in all, it seems like a pretty coherent build. Only downside that I can see if the 12 Con. But, I can't think of any other spread in stats that will make the build work. Probably a good idea to get a Amulet of Health asap. Other than that, I don't have any other suggestions. |

| Jay_Ibero_91108-14-07, 01:40 PM | doesn't dragon wings require dragon wrought for kobolds? No, kobolds are dragonblooded by default. Dragonwrought actually changes your type to dragon, and also allows you to take dragon wings at 3rd level, instead of at first like you otherwise have to. Dragonwrought is a waste of a feat for a kobold in my opinion. |
