Basically just so I can have the choice of disemboweling someone or getting a head shot with a bite. Probably not the most useful build in the world...but on the upside, get 3 attacks to apply sneak attack damage to without spending feats...and can be a little skill monkey to a degree. Plus end up with grave strike and golem strike from advanced learning...On the downside...TERRIBLE bab...only 1 better than a wizard in the end...Still...could be fun...just gotta max out that dex...

What if you changed levels 5,8, and 10 into Swashbuckler? At 5 you could retrain Weapon Finesse, and at 9 pick up Daring Outlaw. That way you would get 6d6 sneak total (3 from rogue 2/swash 3, 1 from NE enforcer, and 2 from unseen seer), help out your bab, and a little more HP/Fort Save.

Hey, good call. Only thing is...the 9th,12th, and 15th feats are kinda set in stone. Can't take weapon focus (Bite) before I actually HAVE a bite attack....

[EDIT]Tinkered around, managed to squeeze in 2 levels of swashbuckler without screwing up anything else or creating an XP penalty...

Same ammount of casting and sneak attack, slightly better HP, BAB, and saves. Lose a small ammount of skill points...beats previous build by 1 bab, 4hp, +3 fort save, +1 dodge bonus to AC. Only thing lost is 8 skill points.

Do the other feats require Weapon Focus: Bite? If so that kinda bones over the plan.

Yeah, they both require weapon focus, one with slashing, the other with bludgeoning. A Bite is all 3 damage types. And I manage to work it out ok.

It requires a little more change, but you could pull it off if you must have Weapon Focus: Bite at 9th
Rogue 3/Swashbuckler 3/Beguiler 2/Dragon Disciple 2/Nightsong Enforcer 1/Unseen Seer 4

1 Rogue: Weapon Finesse (Retrain into Improved Initiative at 5th)
2 Rogue
3 Beguiler: Practiced Spellcaster
4 Swashbuckler
5 Swashbuckler
6 Rogue: Daring Outlaw
7 Dragon Disciple
8 Dragon Disciple
9 Nightsong Enforcer: Weapon Focus: Bite
10 Beguiler
11 Swashbuckler
12 Unseen Seer: Disembowling Strike
13 Unseen Seer
14 Unseen Seer
15 Unseen Seer: Head Shot

+11 BAB
6d6 Sneak
Int to Damage
6th level Beguiler spells (CL 10)

Sorry if I'm hijacking your build. These are all suggestions and I'm not gonna cry if you keep your original build :)

At first I thought your math was off with that BAB, but then I realized Unseen Seer is intermediate BAB. Cool. Yeah, I wasn't sure if I wanted to trade that last caster level for INT to damage...mostly the last advanced learning to pick up golem strike....but the INT to damage is tempting...either way, Daring Outlaw does kick the build up a notch. Minor note though, would only be caster level 9 for non-divinations, and CL 11 for divinations....

You could always swap out Swash 3 with Rogue 4 and drop Beguiler 2 for Unseen Seer 5. I had to pick up Beguiler 2 to not get an exp penalty against Swash, but with Swash at two your base classes could be Rogue 4/Swash 2/Beguiler 1 and still work out. Your BAB drops to +10, but I don't think that matters too much.
