I have been thinking about it for a bit. We need hi mto have decent hiding and sneaking skills and at very least a respectable GI. I saw the bard build in the compilation but I am unsure ifi t can work with an improved feint build?
1Rouge 1: Combat Expertise, Imporved feint
2Rogue 2:
3Warmage 1:Point Blank Shot
4Rogue 3:
5 Bard 1:
6Unseen Seer 1: Precise Shot
7Unseen Seer 2:
8Unseen Seer 3
9Unseen Seer 4: Practised Spell caster
10 USS 5
11 Spellwarped Sniper1:
,retrain Precise shot for staggering strike
12 Spell warped Sniper 2
13 Spell warped Sniper 3
14 SWS 4
15 SWS 5 Improved PRecise Shot

Human
10 str 2
15 dex 8
14 con 6
14 Int 6
8 wis
14 cha 6
I do not know if this works or even if its legal

You know that feinting only works in melee? I have to ask because you have a lot of feats for ranged attacks, not to mention using warmage and spellwarped sniper in your build. Are you improving your bard casting or warmage casting? I honestly think it's better to just be invisible than to use bluff. Swift Invisibility is a first level bard spell.

That's reworking the build in a direction it really doesn't want to go. The point of the Bard levels in the Compilation build is to get into Sublime Chord. You could go Rogue 3/Bard 2/Wizard 1/Unseen Seer 4/Sublime Chord 1/Spellwarped Sniper 4.

I wouldn't take Improved Feint in general as a Rogue. Being able to bluff as a move action means you're trading single attacks for full attacks. Which is a good way to end up with a dead Rogue.

what does sublime chord add to the build?
I forgot you couldnt feint from a distance.
I assume errata'd invisible blade is not worth taking.
I took bard for the two divination spells requirement of USS and I was indeed bumping warmage throughout. I suppose it can still work. Sneak attacking with shocking grasp is nothing to sneeze at.

IF I can become invisible a reasonable amount of times per day then being a ranged rogue would be alright. Especially with swift invis I can stil get a full attack off if i were to use rapid shot with a bow. i wanted to make warmage work with this build simply because of all the touch spells and ray spellsworking so nicely with my low to hit. Is there anyway to build that and still have skills. Otherwise yours looks good anyway iwas just hoping for something closer to hwat I was actually thinking of.

So if I decide to be a ranged specialist how does this work

5th level spells at 11th, going up to 7th level spells at 15th. In Complete Arcane. Powerhouse PrC if you're losing caster levels and have a level in Bard.

So.. um what an you do with it, if i recall bard does not have many touch or ranged touch spells. How do you get your sneak attack on with this build?

Via weapon until 11th - a Rogue 3/Bard 3/Unseen Seer 4 is a +7 BAB character with +4d6 Sneak. A Rogue 10 is a +7 BAB character with +5d6 Sneak.

Sublime Chord gets 4th-7th level Bard or Wiz/Sorc spells.

Feinting really sucks in every attempt I've seen... even if you've built for it you're generally better off not doing it.

The only exception is a pre-errata invisible blade with the modified Prereqs.

[the errata says they can only get the Free Feint once per round.. may also make it a Swift Action; apparently some people were claiming you could Feint multiple times before each attack to gurantee a success ..shame they didn't just clarify it to say that you could only feint once per attack.]
