I think you're trying to overcomplicate a Bard build - Warchanter is nice, but doesn't really use Charisma as a stat - you're basically a Marshal 3/Bard 3 for purposes of Charisma usage. That's not a lot of synergy. And Bard 3 kind of sucks, as you only get 1st level spells out of it.

If you want to make a Warchanter, I'd recommend (as Mommy did) that you not focus on Charisma too much. It stops paying out.

If you want to make a Bard, I recommend:
Bard
Marshal
Bard (all the way until)
Sublime Chord

It is, in fact, a highly vanilla build, but it's still good AND fun. Bards are only vanilla, really, if the player can't roleplay it well. Otherwise, no matter how unique a bard build is mathematically, it amounts to a support character that takes the same rote actions in combat.

The one Marshal aura is probably either Motivate Dexterity or Motivate Charisma, depending on how you go about your character. You could delay the Marshal level until 4th if you aren't certain which aura better suits your character concept until you've played it longer.

Bard / Marshal / Outcast Champion is great. Keep in mind that Outcast Champions have that nifty 'double aid bonuses' ability - allowing you to get stratospheric bonuses when you Motivate Stat and allow the whole party to aid on any particular roll. If you've got Seeker access, you could do Bard 1 / Marshal 5 / Outcast Champion 5 / Seeker of the Song 4?

Don't forget to take Craft (winemaking).
