| bertman401-09-08, 08:06 PM | I was originally going to have my kobold be part of the Greyhawk Ruins arc. I was unable to play a Greyhawk Ruins mod before hitting second level. So I'm trying to determine his home region. Does he have to choose one of the existing regions? Or can he pick Mist Kingdoms as his home region? I ask because I was playing around with HeroForge (I know it's not without error) and Mist Kingdoms came up as an option for home region. I don't recall Mist Kingdom being an actual region you could choose. Thanks for any clarifications. Bertman |

Snow Elves never have Domain of Greyhawk nor any other core or triad-controlled region as their home region. This is stated on the card. Kobolds have no such statement on their card. While the flavor text of the card says they originate from the Mist Kingdom, there is no rules text regarding their home region in play so they follow the same rules as normal PCs with regards to home region. At least that is my understanding. If there is a dispel confusion or other official source stating otherwise I would like to know about it. |
