Nerak the Numb 05-16-07, 09:35 AM	Looking through the campaign document (and specifically under available feats and closed feats) for CY 597, I see no mention of metamagic feats being available for use. I'm assuming you can select the ones listed in the PH, but I guess not from other sources such as Complete Mage and Complete Arcane?
_metz_ 05-16-07, 10:47 AM	Unless otherwise specified, all core sources (DMG and PHB) are Open access. Otherwise the only stuff that is open is listed. Look under Open Feats if its not form the PHB. If it isn't on their, then its NOT open. Simple really, once you get used to it ;)

Simple really, once you get used to it ;) Thats not quite true; all base classes, prestige classes, feats, spells, and domains from the core rulebooks (PH, DMG, MM) are considered Open unless specifically noted otherwise in the LGCS appendix. Things like items are Opened on a item table by item table basis.

I am pretty sure that is EXACTLY what I said.
