I was thinking about being a cleric of Bahamut. He has uncommon worshipers listed as others, I was thinking human. Is this god allowed in LG campaign for PCs?

I thought about going Favored Soul then DD for interesting flavor, not optimization. Is this even possible?

Thanks

Any race can worship bahamut, so yes that is allowed in LG. Re: Living Greyhawk Deiteis v2 which can be found here http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=lg/welcome

Dragon Disciple requires ability to cast arcane spells without preparation so that means you would have to take a dip into bard, beguiler, sorcerer, or warmage.

Do'h, Arcane spells! Ok I might not do that then, maybe just pure cleric. I should have read it more carefully. Still it may be neat to be a silver dragon cleric or FS of Bahamut. I don't know what other class would work best though. I'm sure there are alot of threds I can look at.

Thank you

recently the city of innspa in the same principality has gotten a shrine to bahamut:

(sorry, it is only in german, but you may contact the responsible person)

the player has a character who is a paladin of bahamut

How offended would Bahamut be if I didn't use the pick? The pick isn't the best weapon, and I would have to take a feat to get it. I don't speak much german, but getting a shrine built would be neat.

the perfered weapon is only important for the war domain, and in relation to certain spells such as spiritual weapon. You are not required to use or specialize in your deities weapon of choice.

If you do decide to take Favored Soul as your class, you get proficiency (and eventually Weapon Focus and Specialization) with your deity's favored weapon as a class feature.

There are a few prestige classes that require W.F. with your deity's weapon as a prerequisite, but apart from that it doesn't really matter what weapon you use.

(Generally speaking. There are a few deities who have weird restrictions. See the LG Deities Document entry for Kelanen as an example.)

Oops, I forgot Favored Soul was being considered, so I was just thinking about cleric restrictions.
