Gaelforcwynd 01-08-07, 07:23 PM	Do I add and subtract the Racial bonus from the Ability Scores before or after using the non-standard 28 PBS to create an LG character? Normally they would all start out at 8, so does for example a Dwarf start out with 10 CON and 6 CHA or do you factor these modifiers in after you distribute the points?
Arvagor 01-08-07, 07:52 PM	Racial modifiers are applied after you set your stats. Per the Introduction chapter of the PHB, the order is "Roll Ability Scores", then "Choose Your Class and Race", then "Assign and Adjust Ability Scores" ...
