This is what I would do if allowed a rebuild on Liliana. Obviously it's a thought experiment, but it came out rather nicely I think. To actually build it from scratch, you'd make it Wiz 1 instead of Sorc 1. Beguilers don't work because they don't ever get Golem Strike. And yes, I did get access to the rogue alternate class feature from the PB2, which is why this build uses it.

Rogue 10/Swashbuckler 2/Sorceror 1/Dread Pirate 1/Unseen Seer 2
Str 10, Dex 20 (with +2 gloves makes 22), Con 16, Int 14, Wis 8, Cha 10 (18 for spellcasting)
BAB 10 at level 15, which does hurt.

1 Rogue: Tactile Trapsmith, +1d6 sneak attack
2 Swashbuckler: Weapon Finesse (bonus)
3 Rogue: Quick Draw, Evasion
4 Swashbuckler: Grace +1
5 Rogue: +2d6 sneak attack
6 Rogue: Daring Outlaw, Disruptive Attack, Dodge +1, +3d6 sneak attack
7 Rogue: +4d6 sneak attack
8 Rogue:
9 Dread Pirate: TWF (bonus), ITWF
10 Rogue: Uncanny Dodge, +5d6 sneak attack
11 Rogue: Dodge +2
12 Rogue: Staggering Strike, Grace +2, +6d6 sneak attack
13 Sorceror:
14 Rogue: Crippling Strike (rogue special)
15 Unseen Seer: Savvy Rogue, +7d6 sneak attack
16 Unseen Seer: Silent Spell (bonus), Advanced Learning (Grave Strike)

Sorceror spells known: [0] Disrupt Undead, Detect Magic, Detect Poison, Prestidigitation, <something> [1] Benign Transposition, Golem Strike, Grave Strike, <something>

It does with wounding weapons.

Is that how your other rogue did it?

That makes sense.

Wouldn't you want to fit in an extra level of swashbuckler so you could get your int bonus to damage. It would apply to both on and off hands equally as opposed to strength which is half to off hand. A +2 per attack (more with a headband of intellect) is nothing to sneeze at since you'll have 4 or 5 attacks per round.

Planetar, jeez. You should get your facts straight :D.

As for the 3rd level of swashbuckler, I'd have to either put off Unseen Seer by a level, take out Dread Pirate (it's crazy mad RP and makes power game sense both), or give up the Rogue 10 ability. Int to damage is less important to me than 2 Str damage per hit, TWF and RP, and getting Grave Strike at 16.

It's actually not all that special. A planetar attacked us, my druid friend grappled and then pinned it after not dying to an Implosion, and then I Con-drained it to death with lots of other people gathered around smacking it around too. I Staggering Striked it and the mutt fighter Staggering Striked it, so it was staggered for 4/6 rounds until it died.
