Ok, after much time spent playing with the skill points to make it just right...

1 Rogue - Point Blank Shot
2 Wizard
3 Wizard - Precise Shot
4 Wizard
5 Rogue
6 Unseen Seer
7 Unseen Seer
8 Spellwarp Sniper
9 Spellwarp Sniper
10 Spellwarp Sniper
11 Spellwarp Sniper
12 Spellwarp Sniper
13 Unseen Seer
14 Unseen Seer
15 Unseen Seer

I don't know what to do for the feats after 3rd, either metamagic or more feats requiring precise shot (Can you shot on the run a ray?)

Attribute bumps would go to dex to help increase AC, To hit and Initiative.

The last 3 levels of Unseen Seer aren't necessary... that was just the first thing I thought of... makes 15th level have a permanent Nondetection.

What do you think?

You'll need Practiced Spellcaster.
I'd drop the second Rogue too myself.

Split Ray is obvious too

Mobile Spellcaster is the one for Rays on the run; you'll want the 'take 10 on concentration' one too.

Unfortunately, I can't drop the second rogue level. Unseen Seer has some steep requirements skill-wise... it took a lot of finagling to get it to work just right.

Mobile Spellcaster, I'll have to check that out.

Sure you can - you retrain Seach at 3rd, Spot at 4th and Hide at 5th.

I'm not quite sure how that'd work...

I figured that my Advanced Learning at 7th level could be Gravestrike... sneak attack a disrupt undead :D

Level 1: Put 4 ranks each into Craft(basketweaving), Profession(Pirate), Profession(Ninja) - doesn't have to be those obviously, but the skills should be things that you don't really plan to keep. Put 2 ranks into Search, 3 ranks into Spot, 4 ranks into Hide, and 4 ranks into Sense Motive.

Level 2: Put 4 ranks into Spellcraft. 2 points left for whatever.

Level 3: Retrain Craft(basketweaving) -> Search 6 ranks. 6 points left for whatever.

Level 4: Retrain Profession(Pirate) -> Spot 7 ranks. Cross-class Search up to 7 ranks. 4 points left for whatever.

Level 5: Retrain Profession(Ninja) -> Hide 8 ranks. Cross-class Search and Spot up to 8 ranks. 2 points left for whatever.

You even get 12 points to spend on Wizard skills - enough to max out concentration and put 3 points onto something else - say Knowledge(Nature) that you put a 1 point onto when you took Scout. Setting you up to Retrain Knowledge(Nature) -> Disable Device at level 6 if you want.

Yes, that costs 1800 gold - would you spend 1800 gold for a magic item that gave you essentially 16 skill ranks?

Wow, I didn't even think of it that way... That brings up all sorts of possibilities... *ponder*

Hmm, I would go up to a 14th level caster as a wizard... but lose evasion... not that big of a loss... but not much gain either...

It is a huge gain - at APL, you're casting at APL spells instead of down 1...
