| jstorrie11-26-06, 05:15 PM | Divine Crusader gets it at fifth (earliest character level 12.) Pious Templar gets it at third (earliest character level 8.) That's it, AFAIK. If you want Weapon Spec without the fighter levels, Pious Templar is generally the best way to get it, with Divine Crusader working best only for Charisma mutts (although I still consider the Pal4/Mrsh2/Ftr2/DivCrus X build to be one of the best!) Keep in mind that both are limited to favoured weapons of worshippable deities, though. If you want Weapon Spec in something unusual, you'll have to deal with either devoting yourself to someone weird (like Tsolorandril) or just taking the fighter levels. In all seriousness, though, if you have Power Attack, Weapon Focus is as good as Weapon Specialization. |

However, it is only for your deity's favored weapon. |

Same restriction applies to Pious Templar .. only with deities favored weapon generally the fighter 4 is not too bad as it gives BAB 4 and 3 feats in four levels |
| Japangirl11-26-06, 06:02 PM | Weapon Spec from Favored Soul is at 12th, as stated above. Weapon Focus for a Favored Soul is at 3rd. |
| Arvagor11-26-06, 06:28 PM | Darkhagard gets WS in the darkha at 2nd level; you need EWP and WF for the darkha as prerequisites for entry into the class. Tempest, by virtue of its Two-Weapon Versatility (Ex) ability (granted at 3rd level), grants you WS in a 2nd weapon you wield, as long as you have WS for the first weapon you're wielding. |
