With access to certian Wizard spells that also qualify as Bard spells, can he use Anyspell to make scrolls of them, even if they are spells not known, but on the Bard spell list, then use the scrolls as bard spells? |

Although the Anyspell spells are not restriced in LG, they are Limited, which means you need campaign documentation to get/cast/use them. And the 'Spell' Domain *is* restricted in LG, which is the only place I hapen to know the Anyspell's can be cast from (there may be other ways to get them, I don't know). |

For whatever reason, maybe because they take too much space, they aren't listed by the cleric spells. The spell domain, all the domains from the complete books and others are listed there. The core, restricted and NPC only domains are listed in the LGCS between the spells and base classes/PrCs. |
