viceregal 03-27-06, 05:05 PM	The Battle Smith PrC in Races of Stone includes an ability called 'flesh of my flesh'. Books not with me but it says that any time the battle smith is wearing armour they have crafted themselves they get a sacred bonus to armour class (+1 and later +2). In LG we can use CA&A to enhance armour but not to actually create it from scratch (which would normally be craft armour smithing which is a pre-req to the class but only usable for non-adventuring activity) ... would that nullify this ability or would we read it that any armour that the smith has personally enhanced would work? kenobi65 03-27-06, 05:30 PM	I hate to say it...but...RTM! Read the entry on Battlesmith, on p. 36 of the new LGCS: Owning a dwarvencraft item satisifes the special prerequisite of the prestige class. For purposes of the battlesmith's special abilities, use of the Craft Magic Arms and Armor feat to enhance a warhammer or suit of armor counts as an item that the Battlesmith has created.
