02-02-06, 05:45 PM (Not the first, and it CERTAINLY won't be the last - but, that's what we're gonna be in for if there's no more explicit Limited list ...)

Mike, anything that's from Spell Compendium (or any LG source listed in the LGCS) that doesn't appear on the Core, NPC Only, or Restricted lists is now Limited.

02-02-06, 05:49 PM if you can't find it, it's probably limited and requires campaign doc such as a meta-org or AR to get access. the new LGCS has an implied limited list. If it isn't core, isn't restricted, and isn't NPC only, it's limited and you need access to use it.
