Hi all,

I'm sure this has been answered elsewhere, but can somebody poke me which way it has been ruled?

A friend has a character that had bright lands as a home region last year, reaching level 7. This year, her home region changed. Now, while she was a bright lands character, she had access to all of the sandstorm spells that she could cast (which weren't limited/NPC only/restricted). Now that she no long has a home region of Bright Lands, does she still have those spells on her spell list, and seeing as the character is now level 10, does she have the 5th level spells too?

The source doco says (Page 5, paragraph 3): "If you change home region you are able to use feats, spells, prestige classes, and equipment you currently possess, but you lose access to gaining new rules items granted by the Bright Lands region."

To me, that's quite ambiguous with regards to spells for a cleric or druid. For a wizard/sorceror/favoured soul it's fine.

Thoughts?
