kjenks 02-02-06, 10:34 AM	Since the FAQ can't seem to get this straight, can we please have a campaign ruling about about whether negative levels affect grapple checks? This should specifically mention other modifiers to attack rolls, too. There is presently a lot of confusion about how much a grapple check is like a melee attack roll. Do modifiers which affect melee attack rolls also affect grapple checks? Can you make a critical hit with a grapple check? The FAQ has two opposing entries (the "Vow of Poverty" entry and the "grappling while prone" entry), and our requirement to follow the FAQ in LG lends to this confusion. Please either address this in the LGCS or get Wizards to fix the FAQ.
