Hello every one I'm new to this site, and I had A ?. I've been playing in LG for about a year and a half, and started a Bright Lands Centuar. I've been looking at peoples centuar character make-ups and some of them had Sandstorm weapons. So do I need acess or can I just take the EWP for them? Also I've Been trying to find the requirerments for the elven clan Oronodel before I start my new character. Can anybody tell me. HAIL TO THE HIGHFOLKIANS!

First off, make sure you've downloaded and read the Bright Sands sourcebook here: http://www.wizards.com/rpga/downloads/LGBBSS_v1-0.zip

Second... Yes, since a centaur is a Bright Sands character (there's no other way, TMK, that you can play one), you have access to all Sandstorm equipment that is permitted by the sourcebook (see link above). However, just because you have access, doesn't mean you automatically know how to use it -- you'll still need to take the appropriate weapon proficiency feats, since centaurs are only proficient with simple weapons, scimitars and longbows by default.

I don't think those are the right weapons. THe AR has a different list. No longbow, and Scimitar instead of longsword if I recall.

Edit: Corrected original post with correct proficiencies (based on actual Centaur AR)

Yea centaurs might get longbow. I know I went with Javelin and Sling for the + to damage.

one interesting anomalie that came up in another thread is that rings of featherfall do NOT work for large creatures .. AKA full grown centaurs
