I think it's also possible to take both by sinking Ranks into Knowledge (Local - Splintered Suns) at first level. This is a hugely suboptimal build, but do we want them to stack?

02-02-06, 08:49 AM Should 'Celestial Scion' have additional requirement of 'Human (Oeridian)' in it? It would fit with some other LG specific changes in regional feats such as 'Blooded' and also fit with the history of the Great Kingdom.

02-02-06, 09:29 AM Given the character taking it supposedly comes from one of the great Houses of Aerdy, I would say that the prerequisite should include "Human, Oeridian" too.
