Clarifications to put in the LGCS [Archive] - Wizards Community

I would like to see the LGCS contain clarifications on some issues. I have seen all these questions come up at tables.

1) For campaign cards, the meaning of "invalid" in "any action point option is invalid". Okay, *I* know this means you can't use card abilities that require action points. But I actually had a player argue with me that he could use those card abilities and he didn't need to have action points to do so. For example, he wanted to use Missed Me to avoid an AOO when he didn't have the Mobility feat.

I'd suggest text that says "any card effect that requires the use of action points cannot be used".

2) The chapter on item crafting says the feats can be used at (home) regionals, (home) metaregionals, and cores. Can items be crafted at a core special? I know core specials aren't exactly the same as cores, so it would be helpful to have explicit text one way or the other; either add "...and core specials", or have the LGCS list the different types of mods so it's clear that "Core" is not the same as "Core Special", or "regional" is not the same as "interactive".

The same question about item crafting stands for interactives, introductory mods, and special missions.

3) More detail on what over-the-cap gold can be used for. For example, I've seen a post from a circle member that it can be used to pay for spell components (e.g. for a PC to cast Raise Dead), but it can't be used to reimburse a PC for spells previously cast.
