If a cleric of Zuoken selects the War domain, what does he gain weapon focus with? unarmed strike even though he's not proficient?

Instead of martial weapon proficiency does he instead gain improved unarmed strike and weapon focus unarmed strike?

Clerics are proficient with all simple weapons, which an unarmed strike is. So yes, he is proficient and yes, he gains Weapon Focus (Unarmed Strike).

He does not gain the Improved Unarmed Strike feat. That feat is not Martial Weapon Proficiency (Unarmed Strike). You have to pick up the feat on your own if you wish to gain the benefits of Improved Unarmed Strike.

If you are proficient with simple weapons, you are proficient with your unarmed strike. Unarmed Strike is just a weapon that has special rules associated with it IE you don't threaten or do lethal damage with them and provoke when attacking unless you have improved unarmed strike. So you would gain weapon focus(unarmed strike).
