For example, consider this situation: My PC is retraining into Leadership when he next levels, and will be taking a displacer beast cohort. The cohort will be abe to have one class level when he starts adventuring with me (stupid ECLs), but has preset feats. My questions are as follows: 1. Am I allowed to retrain the feats he came with at all? None of them are racial bonus feats, but are standard "advancement" feats for a displacer beast (Alertness, Dodge, and something else I don't really want). 2. Can my cohort retrain the feats he came with when he takes the class level? For example, let's say I wanted to get rid of the displacer beast's Alertness feat. Would I be able to retrain that at the level he gained when he first became my cohort? 3. If I am retraining with my cohort, how do I reflect that in his gp value and TUs? |
