Jolyon nar, theres AR access that gives you the ability to add +1 to any stat boosting item... so you could get a headband of int +3 though i also have access to add +2 to an exisiting one... and access to a +6... so theoretically i could have a headband of int +9. though that would be liek... 810k.

Anything above +6 is considered "epic", and would go by epic pricing, so a +7 is gonna cost you 490,000 gp; +9 would be 810,000 gp ... On the plus side, to upgrade from +6 to +7 would only cost you 454,000 gp!
