| Lightblade07-20-06, 11:34 AM | I was thinking about how few of the Xen'drik Campaign cards would be LG legal (2 or 3 out of 10, by my count), and I had a crazy idea. At the moment, the campaign allows Asherati, but only if you start one by playing Blood on Bright Sands. The Xen'drik cards have an Asherati creation card. Crazy Idea: why not use the campaign card to allow the creation of an Asherati for ANY Bright Sands module, not just Blood on Bright Sands. That way, people that ate Blood on Bright Sands have a chance to make an Asherati. I mean, you can already use a fastplay to create a Bright Lands character at any Bright Sands module. Logistically, you'd always need your creation card to play the character; so you'd keep it with your ARs and other documents. The campaign card would count as the one a character has from 1st-4th levels, just as any other campaign card does. It would only allow access to the race; all other access would be superceded by the Blight on Bright Sands Sourcebook. I know this idea is unlikely to be embraced. But i've heard so much complaining about the limited uses of the new set of Campaign Cards that this one seems doable. |
