I am pretty certain the "apply dice damage only once rule" from the PHB applies to the 5D6 Divine sacrifice dice even when you spirited charge but I am just checking :)

Yes, you never multiply dice beyond the actual weapon die.

Yeah i thought a first level spell giving you 25d6 extra damage on a lance crit might have been a bit unlikely :)
