Would a druid with the Wolverine's Rage feat (Complete Divine) be able to enter PrCs with 'ability to rage' as a prerequisite (e.g., Bear Warrior, putting aside the fact that a druid/bear warrior seems redundant...)? What about taking feats with rage as a prerequisite?

The feat itself simply states, "If you have take damage during the last round, you may spend a wild shape as a free action on your turn to enter a rage." The bonuses are not the same as a barbarian's rage, and you don't get the bonus on Will saves, but on the plus side, it doesn't state you're fatigued at the end of the rage either...

Thoughts?

Whilst id say yes based on the fact that technically, you're correct, and imo if you enter a rage, you enter a rage. Personaly i would be happy to say that it worked.

However, im inclined to say no, due to the fact that bear warrior, whilst technically only saying ability to rage, probably wants 'rage' as a class skill. For example (because im not explaining this well at all), it seems like a 4 wizard 1 cleric with practised spellcaster trying to qualify for mystic theurge. As far as i can see, there arent any examples (and again, i could be wrong here) of a feat giving you an ability, and giving you access to a PrC as a result. (and no, i dont mean like, the feat as a pre-req, i mean like, using the draconic flight (10ft per spell level flight after an arcane cast) feat to qualify for a PrC that needed a fly as a movement form.)

Ok, so while that was a bit of a ramble, id say yes based on common sense, and the spirit of things, but no based on actual rules, and the likelyhood of you actually getting to do it.
