Could an EWM with the above 2 tricks, and wielding one end of a double weapon in 2 hands, be able to get an extra attack AND get double his str bonus to damage?

I'm pretty sure not, as I don't think you'd be considered to be wielding a light weapon with two hands. You are wielding A weapon with two hands, and part of the weapon is considered a light weapon for TWF, but the entire weapon is not a light weapon and you're not holding just part of it with two hands.

If you can find a double weapon that is also a one-handed exotic melee weapon, then yes, this should be possible. But to the best of my knowledge no one-handed melee exotic double weapons exist.

You can still exotic flurry with a spiked chain and Power Attack at the same time, though, which is plenty broken as is. Especially if you're also Weapon Finessing it as you Wildrunner-scream for +6 Dex and Shock Trooper pounce on someone.

The reason I feel it works is that first of all:
1) A double weapon can be wielded in one hand, but you can only use one end per round that way. and if you can wield one end with one hand, then you can also wield that one end with 2 hands.
2) While double weapons state that you can 2 weapon fight with them "just as if you were using a one-handed weapon and a light weapon", it doesn't explicitly label either or both ends as light weapons. And given that it does specifically mention the combination as 1 handed and light, as opposed to just 2 light weapons, that suggests that at least one, if not both ends of a double weapon, when used individually, are treated as one handed weapons.
3) Flurry of strikes requires only that you be wielding an exotic double weapon with both hands. It doesn't specify you must have a different end in each hand.
4) Uncanny blow only requires you be wielding an exotic one handed weapon in 2 hands. From point 1, one end of an exotic double weapon is a one handed weapon, so wielding one end of an exotic double weapon would qualify for uncanny blow as well.

So overall, it does seem to work. And double weapons need more love anyway...

No, overall it does not seem to work. You're taking lack of statement as definitive statement to support your position. Furthermore, you're taking opposite sides of the same argument in different parts of your thought process to get where you want to go.

Flurry says when you wield an exotic double weapon or a spiked chain in two hands...

Uncanny Blow says when you wield a 1h exotic weapon in two hands...

The PH says you can wield a double weapon in one hand but then you can only attack with one end of it. That doesn't make it a 1h weapon; it's a double weapon wielded in 1h. If you put it in two hands, now it's a double weapon wielded normally; it's not a 1h weapon wielded in two hands AND a double weapon at the same time.

Well there are 2 seprate matters, the type of weapon itself, and the manner in which it is wielded. Regardless of how you wield it, it is still a double weapon. If you you wield one end of a double weapon in one hand, it is a one handed weapon, but the weapon is still a double weapon. And then if you wield one end in 2 hands, you are wielding a one handed weapon in two hands, and that one handed weapon is still a double weapon, regardless of whether you are actually wielding both ends...

You can say that, but there's nothing to support it in the rules. The only thing you have to go on is that the PH says if you wield a double weapon in only one hand (like a small double sword for a human), you can only attack with one end of it. It doesn't say "you can choose to wield one end of a double weapon in one hand, just like a one-handed weapon." The only statement in the rules is a limitation, not an expansion of the abilities of the weapon category. Yes, you can choose to only attack with one end of the weapon when wielding it two-handed, but that doesn't mean you are wielding a 1h weapon in two hands. You are wielding a 2h weapon in two hands and only using one end of the weapon.

Listen to Britt on this one, Jay_Ibero, because he's right. 'One-handed exotic weapon' is a specific thing as far as the rules are concerned. To get this to work you would need to find a weapon that specifically said it was a one-handed weapon, also specifically said it was a double weapon, and also specifically said it was an exotic weapon. And as I said before, I don't think you will find one that is LG-legal anywhere.

The ONLY weapon that pops into my mind was printed in Dragon Magazine..

It was a double bladed light 1handed weapon.. (think startrek klingon...).. Every strike required 2 attack rolls. (1 for each blade). I dont recall all the details, and it really doesnt matter since its not an LG legal source..

Also, you might look at the Dragon Magazine compendium book that was printed.. You might be able to get a Special Mission for access to the "Unorthadox Flurry" feat that lets monks use a non-standard weapon when they flurry (1 more attack).
