Okay I have a couple of questions about the Greyhawk Ruins, the Nightwatchmen affiliation and kobolds. I am not sure where to ask them so I figured I would try here first. Can a Kobold join the Nightwatchmen? If so, at what level if any of the Nightwatchmen would he not have to sneak/bluff/diplomacy his way into the city? Does the capture a criminal (CR => then level) apply to any criminal/bandits or the party captures and turns over to the Greyhawk guard or Nightwatch or only to thieves since it says +1/4 the thieves’ CR? How is this tracked (in the player notes area of the AR)? Okay a Kobold question. Is the Draconic Rite of Passage spell retrainable?
