Kobold racial sub levels? [Archive] - Wizards Community

08-19-07, 03:49 AM With playing a Kobold race, the card offering it says that you can take racial sub levels. Can I take the dragonblood sorcerer like it states I can at first level? If I do get to, does that mean I get the Draconic Heritage feat as a bonus feat? It does not show on the card that it is a open feat, nor a closed feat. It also does not state that I cannot take the racial sub level at first level. That should mean I can take it at first level and make the feat open availability for Sorcerer only because the card states that you can take the racial sub level. :confused:
