Level 3 gone? [Archive] - Wizards Community

02-09-07, 06:25 PM Am I correct in thinking that the level 3 requirement has been removed? Just want a second view on this since I am having a hard time reading right now. There sure are a lot of posts on these boards to get through before the week is up.
