LGCS 597 Table Analysis: Open Spells [Archive] - Wizards Community

02-13-07, 01:06 PM Like many of you, I'm going through the document to figure out what changed. Here's what changed in the Open Spells access rules.

Added:

Aspect of the Icy Hunter (CM)
Curse of Ill Fortune, Mass (SpC)
Dreaded Form of the Eye Tyrant (CM)
Form of the Threefold Beast (CM)
Shape of the Hellspawned Stalker (CM)
Trollshape (PH2)
Unyielding Form of Inevitable Death (CM)

Deleted:

Divine Insight (SpC)
Last Breath (SpC)

Is this changed or simply two (very) different spells with the same name?

02-13-07, 04:32 PM Yeah, they mistakenly reprinted the same spell and mistakenly deleted the other spellcaster types from it.

Do we have two Master's Touch Spells now? One Open and the other not?
Do we await errata?

02-13-07, 04:38 PM I have no idea. We'll be looking into Sacred Healing and Master's Touch, but I don't know what else to tell you. For now, you can only use the versions listed in the LGCS.

You also might have to take a look at the critical strike bit too. The 2 versions of the spell have the same name, but a different spell effect besides the obvious spell list change.
