In Appendix 4, "Expanded Feat Options", it says:

Expanded Feat Options
These feats are from the Greyhawk Feats articles appearing in Dragon #315 and #319. Paizo Publishing has copies available for download at www.paizo.com.

But Dragon #315 isn't available at paizo.com. They have 319, but not 315, on their Dragon magazine downloads page at
http://paizo.com/store/downloads/dragon (http://paizo.com/store/downloads/dragon).

Where can I get a copy of Dragon 315, or at least an excerpt of the Feats article?

I picked up a copy of both of the magazines off eBay. Though I can't find my copy of 315, which is really frustrating as I want to reconfirm the details of a Feat.

You can't buy it as an e-download., but you can buy a copy of the printed mag for $7

I think that paizo starts to offer pdf downloads once the printed copy has sold out. So the quicker people finish buying #315, the sooner the rest of us (including the overseas people!) can get pdfs!

I think that if they are going to include items and such from the magazines, they should publish said items in the LGCS so people who don't have access to the magazine do not have to go and shell out the $$.

We can't for legal reasons do so.

I don't think that's it. They have some issues in both print and PDF form.
