I like to write the AR number on which I used a wand charge (or whatever), but the boxes are a bit too small for two-digit numbers. There's enough room to the right of the block of 50 squares that we can expand the squares to rectagles without using up any more vertical real estate.
Rawveggie 02-06-06, 07:06 PM	I agree. I hadn't thought of writing in the AR number when I used charges, but that is a great idea. It would also be an interesting way to remember some of the deadliest scenarios played by how many wand charges were used. :) -Raw

The former items are why I go through alot of MILs with my characters, and there's seldom sufficient room for them all to be listed to boot. Meanwhile the later is rarely removed from, and given more space (from removing the consumables area) there could be an easy way to handle how you 'upgrade' an item. How *do* other people handle upgrading an item? Every time I've done so it's been a mess on the MIL and I've wanted to change to a new MIL afterwards to clean it up. -James

I'm somewhat reticent to put it openly accessible on the LG yahoogroup as my photoshop hack-job still has Wizards' copyright info. Would it be best to simply strip that off, or employ some other means?

If not, can we just modify the MIL Excel sheet that Lupo has and make the Wand section larger? Maybe extend the three left boxes in the wand sections into the three right boxes, thus creating enough area to write the AR numbers for charge uses. This would only leave spaces for three Wands/Staffs/Arrows/other charged items, but you can print an MIL double-sided as per the LGCS so that would increase the spaces to six. Thoughts? -Raw

Thoughts? -Raw i use a "non-standard" character sheet all over the place, i seldom run into more than an interested look. ok, after the question for bigger boxes for the wands and consumables, i will toy around a little with my excel. on the other hand i would like to keep it as close to the "standard" as possible. so maybe first page with all the permanent items apart from unslotted wonderous items, giving them some more lines for each type, and four expanded slots for wands etc. second page for unslotted wonderous items, potions and scrolls and some additional four expanded slots for wands etc. the problem is that this reduces the number of wands dramatically, so i am not to fond of the expanded spacing for them. ciao martin m.
