Grovar 03-04-06, 03:18 PM	I have a question for the boards. I have a centaur PC who is looking into buying a masterwork suit of armor. At this point he is not the large-sized variety, so I know the base cost of the armor, which is double the normal variety. My question is the cost of the masterwork of said armor. One DM I asked said that the masterwork costs doubled along with the cost of the armor. Another DM I talked to not too long ago said that the masterwork cost was the same flat cost that is mentioned in the Player's Handbook. Which person is right? :confused: JH
haferka 03-04-06, 03:31 PM	Masterwork adds a flat gp cost. weapons = 300gp armor = 150gp so, a masterwork club = 300gp (base cost 0gp + 300gp masterwork component) masterwork Large Padded Armor = 160gp (base cost 5 gp (x2 large) + 150gp masterwork component)
