02-08-07, 11:46 AM The section under Creating Magic Items states that you must have had AR access to craft that magic item. This section, I would think, should also say that you can craft any "open Item" as described in Appendix 4: Access (assuming that you met the prereqs.) If this is not the case than the typical stat bump items and other open items will never be able to be crafted because they won't generally appear on AR's because everyone has "Open Access" to these items.

There is also no mention of being able to craft Wonderous items from the DMG by having the caster level +2 as counting for access to craft that item. Is this an intentional ommission?

02-09-07, 09:29 AM For items that our characters have already crafted using the +2 caster level access rule, what are we to do with these items? Keep them? Sell them back for full and get a TU and exp Credit (this could be problematic due to timing issues.) This should be documented somewhere.

my stack of character sheets must have been infected with memory moss :(

cleric 13: oh i have made some wonderful gadgets but i can't remember how to make them.

cleric 13: i used to be able to cast these spells with more BOOM, it must be the age getting me.

druid 10: hey this form feels so "different".

druid 10: oh i have made some wonderful gadgets but i can't remember how to make them anymore.

cleric 4: and now comes another spell . . . . . . hey it worked fine last week, something seems wrong.
