Circle rulings have been collected here: http://www.theocracyofthepale.com/gamerules/circle_rulings.html Please go through all of those rulings and see which one should be included in the LGCS 5. I assume that you've already done this with all of the rulings you've published in the Dispel Confusion articles, but I haven't double-checked.
