kenobi65 02-25-08, 10:05 PM	All indications point to no. If previous years' revision timetables are any benchmark, I'd agree. By late February, the discussion on changes would have been well underway, if not finalized.

One of the Circle members (Maddog, I think) recently posted that an official announcement on the topic was being drafted now. If the answer was a straight "no, there won't be one" I would have expected that by now. Given the delay, I'm tending toward the thought that there won't be a lot of rule changes but that there may be some increase in open access resulting from the last round of complete books. There also may be some instruction associated with how to finish up the campaign after Triads are relieved in June. Of course, that may come later, too. All speculation on my part, fabricated out of thin air. David
