| Vamroc09-03-07, 10:42 PM | I have a charactor that has access to Lord Arcturus's Long Bow from KEO5-05. I played it at APL 8 but it's not listed until APL 12 on the Item access section. However the mod gives you access to buy the item in the Game Effects section at the top of the AR. If I read the crafting rules correctly once the Mod made available the ability for my PC to buy the item. It openned up the item to craft another item with any ability it has. It also doesn't mention if a DM never crosses off The All Items Not Found does that consitute a player having access regardless of APL |

If it wasn't available at your APL, you didn't actually find it, and/or it was only accessible via the top box, you cannot craft it. As for adding abilities to it, I don't know the exact item, but nonstandard items can typically not be upgraded. |

But it sounds like since I don't have access to it on the Items Found list it is unavailable for me to do so.:weep: |
