Alpha_Nerd 02-22-07, 12:39 PM	If I get access to a Non-Open feat, lets say Natural Bond, at level 4, and I qualified for it but didn't have access at level 3, can I retrain my third level feat and replace it with Natural Bond even though I never saw access to it until fourth level?
