PHB only at 1st and 2nd? [Archive] - Wizards Community

07-25-07, 11:54 PM I've seen a lot of references which indicate you can only select feats and character options from the PHB at 1st level (creation). However in reading the entire LGCS 597 v7.5, I don't see that stated (especially in the character creation section).

Is this an old rule many still try to enforce, but is no longer valid? Or am I somehow missing this rule?

07-25-07, 11:57 PM Thats an old rule from the 596 (and previous perhaps) LGCS. It is no longer in effect in 597.
