I take it you missed where players were complaining about not being able to take those feats. They are indeed designed to be used by anyone with such an attack, they are simply not allowed for players in the LG campaign. As a point of order for those who weren't paying attention, multiple people did in fact complain that more and more PrC's actually do qualify for, and specifically mention in text, those feats but are still not allowed to take them because they are "NPC Only" for no game-based reason. Our "beloved" Circle did not deign to give us a response.
WotC_Tulach 02-20-06, 06:28 PM	They are NPC only due to the fact that they are found in the Monster Manual. We didn't want to open up the MM as another rules source for players in the LG campaign.

Circle will screw you over, no matter what, so let's all moan and complain before they have even uttered a word... And as pointed out in other thread, you've essentially said the same thing in several different threads of this forum. Hopefully you didn't create that alias just to rant about this errata. But we already have a large number of players on the LG yahoogroup and elsewhere who are "shelving" their Druids pending Circle decision and who have promised to retire them if this errata stands. And as pointed out in other thread, you've essentially said the same thing in several different threads of this forum. Hopefully you didn't create that alias just to rant about this errata. If you consider pointing out what is ridiculous to be "ranting" then you're a fool.
