Even material that isn't psionic (like Greater Manyshot) isn't allowed. Not that I blame them. Greater Manyshot allows sneak attack damage (or Skirmish) to apply to each arrow individually!

Is Shining Jewel still going on? I thought they got a cease & desist order because they didn't take out the Forgotten Realms specific dieties and stuff from their modules? I didn't find their games to be enjoyable, in any event.

Yes, it is. (Disclosure: I'm a staffer for LSJ.) WotC had them take out all the Forgotten Realms stuff from the campaign 2 years ago; it's now all either OGC or stuff written specifically for the campaign.

i have seen psionic critters (illithids) using psionics once, does that count??

never mind, i don't need an additional variable in an already terrible complex campaign.

Nah, that's just NPC usage of what is fundamentally a funky SLA. :)

Really? I played a mod last year that had a reference to Shar in it... isn't Shar a Forgotten Realms diety?

At least your campaign doesn't claim to be a fantasy campaign and put laser carbines in it, like Blackmoor does.

Yes, she is. Sigh...it's not intended to be in there. The staff went back and "scrubbed" all the older modules before the campaign was re-launched, replacing all the FR references with the appropriate name for the new campaign world, and probably missed one.
