I have a fourth level fighter/first level cleric with the magic domain which allows me to cast 1st level arcane spells in scrolls or wands. My question is this, in the LGCS it states a player may purchase any scroll up to 750 GP from the DMG. I have the spell compendium and wanted to purchase 1st level scrolls from it but they are not listed in the DMG. The spells are not limited or restricted. Can I purchase the scrolls? And if so would they be the same price as a 1st level spell in the DMG?

You can't buy scrolls from the spell compendium without explicit access.

I would say you -ought- to be allowed this, but the strict interpretation of
the rules do not allow it. Also note that Align Weapon cannot be purchased
as a scroll, although it should.
