clik_ml 09-13-07, 02:16 PM	Eternal Wand mayhaps. Basically a wand with 2/day charges of a single spell, usable by anybody. 10,900gp for a 3rd level spell though. What I'm eager for is a Sacred Scabbard. 3/day Bless Weapon just for drawing the weapon? Put me in coach.

I'd like it for my falchion wielding bard who someday may have improved crit (unless he ever finds access to Dolorus Blow), or my wife could probably use it for her scimitar wielding cleric who someday may have improved crit as well.

Don't worry - I'm putting off buying Boots of Speed because I have Bracers of Quickstrike(which are nerfed if you do flurry of blows as my character does). As soon as I commit the funds elsewhere, they'll switch over ;)

As soon as I commit the funds elsewhere, they'll switch over ;) Well, get on with it then, I want my scabbard :P I know the feeling very well - my cleric, after seeing Boots of Speed access three or four times at the APL one higher than the one she played, finally (at L13) gave up in disgust and bought boots of striding and springing. On the very next game, she found boots of speed :( My dervish just upgraded his belt of giant strength to +4 a couple of games ago, and then I picked up a cert from Undermountain for a +4 belt - I'll probably just sell the old belt and take it as an 8k windfall, but it could've been 16k. Ah well ;)

Hence the smilie on the end that was a smile rather than a frown ;) I would never complain about the shiny Undermountain certs :) And my dervish is already good-aligned, he converted back in March after defending a temple of Pelor from a mob and making a speech on the many virtues of Pelor and his worshippers - I looked at his character sheet at that point, which said "Alignment: Neutral, Deity: Rillifane Rallathil", and thought "Yeah, this is a bit out of date" (especially since the previous mod he'd done something very similar). Of course, he promptly discovered that being nice is painful, as he ran into a gauntlet of unholy-blight-at-will erinyes... but so far he's still sticking to it.

Yeah, a good aligned weilder, limited use per day, and also by RAW limited to specified weapon types. No polearms or lances I am afraid.
