I think this would be rather cool to add if its not currently allowed.

04-05-06, 09:49 AM Special Missions are very specific in what they are or are not allowed to grant (it's spelled out in the writer's guidelines - http://www.theocracyofthepale.com/downloads/lg_writers_guidelines.pdf), and wish already has what it can accomplish spelled out in the LGCS. In essence, the in-character equivalent of a rebuild is beyond the power of a simple wish.
