Scribing Scroll question [Archive] - Wizards Community

10-15-06, 11:08 AM If a spell is normally a 4th level cleric spell, and I have it as a domain spell of 3rd level, can I scribe a scroll of that spell at 3rd level, or does it have to be scribed as a 4th level spell?:confused:

10-15-06, 12:05 PM You would scribe it as a 3rd level spell. No spell is "normally" any level. Many spells are on multiple lists at different levels. You have it on a list as 3rd level, therefore you can scribe the 3rd level version of the spell.
